SHIPPING POLICY

MedSafe (“we” and “us”) operates the website www.medsafeppe.com (“Website”). By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and set clear expectations for both parties.

1. Shipping Costs
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.
Express delivery options are also available.

2. Delivery Terms

2.1 Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment.
Custom, medical, or bulk-branded orders may take up to 15 business days, depending on complexity.
Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays. During peak seasons or public holidays, dispatch times may be extended, but we’ll keep you informed.

2.2 Shipping Times

  • UK & Ireland: 5–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

2.3 Change of Delivery Address
We can update your delivery address at any time before dispatch. Please email info@medsafeppe.com as soon as possible.

2.4 P.O. Box Shipping
We can ship to P.O. boxes using standard postal services. Courier services may not be available for these addresses.

2.5 Out of Stock Items
If an item is unavailable, we will notify you, issue a full refund for that item, and proceed with the rest of your order if applicable.

2.6 Delivery Delays
If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can resolve it promptly.

3. Tracking Notifications
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time via the courier’s platform.

4. Damaged Parcels in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • If you’re present: Please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

  • If delivered in your absence: Email us photos of the damage so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch.
If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for next steps.

6. Insurance

All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value declared by the courier.

6.1 Damaged in Transit
We will issue a refund or replacement once the damage is confirmed by the courier.

6.2 Lost in Transit
If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will issue a full refund or replacement immediately.
